We have worked with developers, housing associations, contractors, architects, planning authorities and government bodies, delivering projects from early design and land acquisition through to construction, handover and completion. Our background also includes complex stakeholder coordination, live railway environments, fire safety, building regulations, façade design and the refurbishment of historic buildings.

We have managed a varied portfolio of projects, including housing, extra-care facilities, PFI projects and other specialist developments. Oversaw consultant appointments, budgets, design coordination and project delivery from inception through to completion.

Core Expertise & Experience

Design & Technical Management:
Leading large-scale residential and mixed-use developments from inception through to completion.
Design and Technical Leadership: Managing design teams, consultants and internal departments to deliver high-quality technical outcomes throughout RIBA Stages 0-7, IMaPS and CSCS certified.
Sustainable Construction: Developing sustainable design and retrofit solutions focused on energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
BIM Implementation: Extensive experience implementing and managing Level 2 BIM on major projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of fire safety, building regulations and statutory compliance, including post-Grenfell building-safety requirements.
Fire Safety: Supported a 12-month commitment to MHCLG’s Early Adopters Programme, piloting recommendations relating to fire safety and building safety. Founding signatory of the Building Safety Charter.
